Approximately one month ago the seller replaced both valve-cover gaskets. Under the hood is a transplanted 350ci V8 fitted with a polished air cleaner and valve covers, a factory Quadrajet carburetor, and an Edelbrock intake manifold. The air conditioning reportedly does not blow cold. The factory instrument cluster includes a five-digit odometer that indicates just over 11k miles, about 500 of which were added by the seller. Additional interior modifications include a Billet Specialties steering wheel, a Panasonic in-dash head unit, and Classic Industries molded kick panels to house aftermarket speakers. Per the equipment sticker this Blazer was originally trimmed with Parchment vinyl, which the seller reportedly had reupholstered in black with houndstooth inserts sourced from PUI Interiors. Power steering and power brakes are equipped. Signs of rust are noted to include bubbling on the outside of the passenger-side rocker panel and two areas above the windshield, which are pictured up close in the gallery below.ġ5″ wheels are said to be from a later-model Blazer and are mounted with 31″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires, including the rear-mounted spare. A repaint was performed approximately 11 years ago, and the seller repaired cracks in the top before smoothing the entire surface and repainting it within the past year. This Blazer was originally painted yellow and came with a white removable hardtop according to the equipment sticker on the glovebox lid. This Blazer is now offered with a clean California title in the seller’s name. Further alterations include later-model wheels on 31″ tires, an aftermarket steering wheel, a Panasonic head unit, and more. The prior refresh is said to have included a repaint in yellow, while the seller has reupholstered the seats and repaired and refinished the factory hardtop. The vehicle is known to have been owned in California for years and is powered by a non-original 350ci V8 paired with an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. This 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer reportedly was purchased by the seller in 2018 from its previous owner of 10 years, who stated that a refurbishment had been completed approximately 11 years ago.
